Between late July and early September 2025, LETR New South Wales conducted eight Polar Plunges across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
We raised just over $300,000 this year – a truly remarkable result.
The Plunges were held at the following locations:

Wollongong (Continental Pool) – Saturday, 2 August
Batemans Bay ( Corrigan’s Beach) – Sunday, 3 August
Canberra (Canberra Olympic Pool) – Sunday, 3 August
Dee Why (Dee Why Ocean Rock Pool) – Sunday, 3 August
Newcastle (Merewether Ocean Baths) – Sunday, 24 August
Armidale (Dumaresq Dam) – Sunday, 7 September
